Erica joined Boal & Co in 2022, bringing significant international pensions expertise.

Erica is responsible for driving new business and product lines for Boal & Co’s Gibraltar office. She is focused on designing and managing occupational and personal pension schemes and providing flexible solutions for employers with a workforce of both Gibraltar residents and cross frontier workers.

With more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, Erica has extensive knowledge of domestic and international pensions including QROPs and QNUPs. She is a dedicated pensions professional with an extensive business network in Gibraltar. She previously held the position of Director at an international trust company.
