Helen joined Boal & Co in 2018, bringing extensive experience in financial services and a proven track record in financial leadership. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the Group's financial operations, strategic planning, and overall financial performance.

Working closely with the CEO and senior management team, Helen leads the company's financial strategy, capital management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk oversight. She also oversees key supplier relationships and plays a central role in supporting the Group's continued growth and long-term business objectives.

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in the Isle of Man before progressing through a series of senior finance roles. Prior to joining Boal & Co, she held key positions within the finance functions of a leading life assurance company and two private banks, gaining broad expertise across financial management, regulatory reporting, and business planning.

Away from the office, Helen enjoys walking and regularly attends Pilates classes, helping her maintain a healthy work-life balance.
