Louise joined Boal & Co in 2025, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in Isle of Man pensions.

Louise provides strategic leadership to the international personal pensions, scheme accounting and compliance & risk teams whilst also managing a portfolio of personal clients.

As a member of the Boal & Co Technical Committee, Louise also supports Boal & Co’s wider product lines with internal technical advice and expertise.

With more than 20 years’ experience in Isle of Man pensions, Louise was Managing Director of the pensions division of an Isle of Man financial services company before joining Boal & Co.

Louise was appointed to the Board of Boal & Co (Pensions) Limited, Boal & Co (Gibraltar) Limited and Boal & Co Limited in July 2025.
