Sara joined Boal & Co in 2018 and has over 30 years’ experience in the Isle of Man’s financial services sector.
Sara is responsible for business operations as well as overseeing the pension administration teams for Boal & Co’s personal and corporate offerings. Working closely with key people across the Group, Sara oversees processes and procedures ensuring operational efficiency and the delivery of a first-class service.
Sara previously worked for an international life assurance company in the Isle of Man where she gained a wealth of people management experience across many areas including operations, change management and finance.

Sara loves walking in the hills, swimming in the sea and is a keen gardener. She also enjoys travelling, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
Sara's outstanding ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while providing excellent service delivery to our clients is one of the main skills we look for in our staff.
