Shannon joined Boal & Co in 2026 bringing more than 10 years’ customer service and financial administration experience gained from a range of roles in the hospitality & financial services industries.
Shannon provides administration services and support to a range of Isle of Man and Gibraltar based members and employers.
Her role involves managing member queries, preparing withdrawals, transfers and death claims, coordinating investment switches and arranging contribution payments.
