Mark joined Boal & Co in 1997, subsequently taking the role of Head of Pensions and becoming CEO in 2015.

As CEO, Mark is responsible for overall business performance and strategy. He leads the dedicated Management Team to drive business growth and ensure successful financial performance.

Mark has more than 30 years' experience in international and domestic corporate and personal pensions. His specialisms extend to the winding up of defined benefit schemes, having completed the only wind up by an Isle of Man scheme in recent history.

A renowned pensions expert, Mark regularly acts as a professional consultant to Government and industry partners, writes for specialist press and participates in expert panels.

Mark is Chairman of the Isle of Man Association of Pension Scheme Providers. He is also a member of the Isle of Man’s Industry Committee which involves engaging with the IOM Government to ensure IOM domiciled pension schemes are well positioned for future developments.

Mark is a keen family man and enjoys spending his downtime with his partner and their three children.
