Head of Marketing

Based in the Isle of Man, Vicky works closely with the management team and group specialists across multiple office locations to support business development initiatives and enhance awareness of Boal & Co's brand, services and expertise both locally and internationally. Through strategic marketing and communications activities, she helps strengthen the firm's profile and reputation across key markets.

With more than 20 years' marketing experience spanning strategy, communications planning, events, brand management, digital marketing, advertising and public relations, Vicky brings a broad range of expertise to her role.

Prior to joining Boal & Co, Vicky worked for an international trust and corporate services business before taking up the newly created position of Marketing Manager, where she has played a key role in developing and delivering the firm's marketing and business development strategy.

Vicky graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2005 with a degree in Business Studies, specialising in Marketing.

In their spare time:

Vicky is a keen baker who enjoys making the most of the outdoors through walking, running, kayaking and cycling, as well as spending quality time with her husband and two children. She is also a proud member of Girlguiding and volunteers an Assistant Leader with a local Rainbow unit in the Isle of Man.

Vicky is the guardian of the Boal & Co brand. She has recently lead our successful Brand Identity programme; the result, a compelling and powerfully resonating brand proposition that has allowed us to achieve great differentiation from our competition.
