Senior Receptionist

Caitlin joined Boal & Co in 2023 bringing a wide range of customer relations and business operations experience.  

A key member of the Operations team, Caitlin is responsible for managing the reception area and is the first point of contact for many clients and members at our Isle of Man Headquarters.

Caitlin’s role involves documenting, reviewing and suggesting improvements to internal processes and procedures. She also provides key support and assistance to the management team and works closely with the Head of Marketing on internal communication and event management.

In their spare time

Caitlin plays football for Onchan AFC and enjoys walks in the Manx countryside. She is also a keen film and TV enthusiast.
