Chief Financial Officer
Helen joined Boal and Co in 2018, bringing significant financial services experience and has responsibility for the company's financial operations, planning and strategy.
Working closely with the CEO and management team, Helen drives the company’s financial planning, capital structure, vendor relationships and financial forecasting to support the group’s growth strategy and business objectives.
With more than 25 years' experience, Helen is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants having originally qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC on the Isle of Man. Prior to joining Boal & Co, she held key roles within the finance teams of a leading life insurer and two private banks on the Isle of Man.
Helen is a keen walker and regularly attends pilates classes.
