Caitlin joined Boal & Co as an actuarial graduate in 2025, following a 12-month internship from Queen's University Belfast in 2023/24.
Caitlin is responsible for advising trustees, companies and members on options relating to individual pension benefits for sophisticated situations by calculating risk and conducting financial analysis.
Her role also involves compiling investment and financial reports to illustrate the overall performance of pension scheme investments as well as supporting Boal & Co's actuarial interns through training, mentorship and guidance.
Caitlin has a 1st class BSc with Honours in Actuarial Science and Risk Management from Queen’s University Belfast and is a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries UK.

Caitlin is an avid reader, loves live music concerts and enjoys attending the gym. She is also a keen walker and completed the Isle of Man's famous Parish Walk in 2026.
