Sara Vaughan

Head of Operations

Sara joined Boal & Co in 2018 bringing 25 years’ experience in the Isle of Man’s financial services sector.

Sara is responsible for business operations as well as overseeing the pension administration teams for Boal & Co’s personal and corporate offerings.

Working closely with key people across the Group, Sara oversees processes and procedures ensuring operational efficiency and the delivery of a first-class service. She is also a key member of the operational and business change team which is tasked with continually improving business processes. 

Sara is the high-level contact for Rewards; Boal & Co’s Group Personal Pension offering for Isle of Man employers.

Sara previously worked for an international life assurance company in the Isle of Man where she gained a wealth of people management experience across many areas including operations, change management and finance.

In their spare time

Sara is a keen walker and gardener. She enjoys traveling, sea swimming and spending time with friends and family.
